(CNN Spanish) — Former President of Venezuela’s Nationwide Electoral Council (CNE) D.P. Lucena has died, Government Vice President Delci Rodriguez mentioned on Wednesday. Twitter.

Lucena was the present Minister of College Training and chaired the CNE from 2006 to 2020.
